Morgan, One more thought. I would start making a collection of video clips to add to your resume. The college coaches really like to see the riders on many different horses. They are not interested in fancy video transitions, music etc.. They want to concentrate on watching you ride with out any distractions.

Morgan,
It is never too early to begin getting ready for the recruiting process.
I would begin by creating a resume which lists the shows you have attended, ribbons won and year end awards.
If you may be interested in NCAA schools it is very important to keep track of expenses and income for each individual show. Your expenses can include, hotels, food, fuel, shipping, grooming, entry fees etc.
To be considered an amateur you can not earn a profit. If the horse is owned by your parents and they receive the check for any money won then you don't have to worry.
The way my site works the riders are listed when they submit their profile and any one who submits a profile later than them will be listed after them.
Being that there is no additional fee to update your profile I highly recommend placing your profile now so when the coaches begin recruiting your class your profile will be one of the first that they see.
If you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks Mike
